A six-foot veggie lumpia expertly prepared by Chef Boy Logro and a giant six-foot-wide platterfilled with 6,000 pieces of sushi highlighted the recent opening of SM Hypermarket’s Street Food Festival at the SM Mall of Asia.
The giant food were turned over to the children of Nayon ng Kabataan in Mandaluyong.
Off-stage was a wide array of food stalls offering everything yummy from BBQ, Ilocos Empanada, and Kakanin to Takoyaki, Burgers, Bimbimbap, and UP’s famous isaw; Mang Larry’s.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a full-fledged festival without the exciting event-exclusive promos and discounts, like getting extra gifts with every purchase and savings up to P50 for SMAC and Prestige card holders.
