Shell Pilipinas Corporation has officially concluded the Shell Mekaniko League 2025, the country’s largest mechanic competition, bringing together car and motorcycle experts under one national stage.

With more than 2,000 participants from 26 provinces, the League highlighted Shell’s drive to uplift livelihoods while honoring the skill and dedication of Filipino mechanics.

Launched in March, the competition journeyed nationwide with 20 Shell Advance Masters regional runs for motorcycle mechanics and six Shell Helix Auto Mekaniko Champions runs for car mechanics. Along the way, participants received Shell-led training and TESDA-certified modules, helping them prepare for NC I and NC II certifications—credentials that boost career opportunities across the automotive industry.

Semi-finalists were tested through rigorous written exams, parts identification, and live repair challenges, with winners earning P50,000 each and a spot at the Grand Finale.

Charlie Sandoval shines as the 2025 National Champion of the Shell Advance Masters. Flanking him in are Norman Cabal (2nd Place), Joefel Foronda (3rd Place), Joevanne Sayat (4th Place), and Allen Kenneth Rañon (5th Place).

At the finals held at Le Pavillon in Pasay City, Mark Anthony Calimag of Quezon City was named the 2025 National Champion for Shell Helix Auto Mekaniko Champions, while Charlie Sandoval of Caloocan City clinched the 2025 National Champion title for Shell Advance Masters.

Each champion took home P200,000 and an all-expenses-paid trip to Malaysia to witness MotoGP, together with the other finalists.
