The much-anticipated Nintendo Switch 2 is officially launching this year, and Nintendo has given us an exciting first look at the next-gen handheld console:
Nintendo Switch 2 plays Nintendo Switch 2 exclusive games, as well as both physical and digital Nintendo Switch games. However, the company notes that some Nintendo Switch titles may not be fully supported or compatible with the new system. Details will be shared on the Nintendo website at a later date.

While Nintendo has kept most of the details under wraps, they have revealed some key updates to the hardware. These include new Joy-Cons with a magnetic attachment system, a larger display, and a more versatil U-shaped kickstand.
Nintendo plans to reveal more on April 2 and beginning on April 4, a Nintendo Switch 2 Experience will take place at locations throughout the world.
