Ram Trucks, distributed by Inchcape Philippines, has launched the new Ram 1500 Rebel 3.0L in the country, and this head-turning model presents a compelling design refresh while retaining the brand’s unmistakable look.
The truck boasts a striking new grille and aerodynamic enhancements, ensuring it not only looks the part but also performs with efficiency. The exterior is decked out with LED low/high reflector headlamps, automatic headlamp controls, and sleek LED fog lamps.
Built for adventure, the truck features 18-inch gloss black wheels with 275/70R18 all-terrain tires, perfect for off-roading straight from the showroom. It also comes with front and rear performance-tuned shock absorbers, an on-demand transfer case, a rear locking differential, and four skid plates to tackle any terrain.
The RamBox Cargo Management System is still present, offering smart bed organization with a 115V outlet. It also has a power tailgate, dual exhaust with black tips, truck bed cargo divider, Mopar 4-adjustable cargo tie-down hooks, Mopar bed step, and Mopar black tubular side steps, among others.
Under the hood, the new Ram 1500 Rebel is powered by an all-new 3.0L I6 Hurricane SO Twin Turbo ESS engine, paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Delivering an impressive 420hp at 5,200rpm and 635Nm of torque at 3,500rpm, this truck promises both power and improved fuel efficiency.
Inside, the new Ram 1500 Rebel features leather-trimmed bucket seats, heated front and second-row seats, and a ventilated front seat option.
This truck is equipped with Apple CarPlay, Google Android Auto, and an integrated voice command system with Bluetooth. The 14.4-inch touchscreen—the largest ever offered on a Ram—features the Uconnect 5 system, offering five times faster operating speeds, customizable user profiles, and seamless access to GPS navigation and off-road info pages.
There’s also a 19-speaker Harman Kardon sound system so you can have a blast on your road trips to the great outdoors.
As for safety, Ram has equipped this new model with over 42 active and passive safety features, including active lane management system, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go, blind spot and cross path detection, full speed forward collision warning plus, hill start assist, ParkView rear back-up camera, pedestrian emergency braking, trailer brake control, and trailer sway damping, among others.
The new Ram 1500 Rebel is available in Diamond Black, Bright White, Delmonico Red, and Billet Silver, and is priced at P5,250,000.
