Motorcycle taxi provider MOVE IT has launched an upgraded version of its mobile app, which offers a higher standard of safety, reliability, and user experience for Filipino commuters.
“Our enhanced app is a timely response to the evolving needs of passengers and rider-partners. Through our enhanced app, our rider-partners will benefit from improved efficiency, enabling them to earn more, while our passengers will enjoy a user-friendly and more intuitive interface, ensuring seamless and convenient MC Taxi experiences,” said Wayne Jacinto, General Manager of MOVE IT.
The app guarantees 99.95% uptime for a seamless booking experience especially during peak hours. An in-app VOIP calling feature ensures privacy and convenience, eliminating the need for third-party communication apps.
MOVE IT has also introduced a Share-My-Ride feature that lets users easily share their ride details with loved ones, as well as a 24/7 Safety Center that provides round-the-clock emergency assistance,
The app also integrates GrabMaps and Navigation for improved efficiency, precise pinning for pick-up and drop-off, and optimized routing that adapts to real-time road changes and updates.
Move It was acquired by Grab in 2022.
As part of its commitment to digitalization, MOVE IT has introduced cashless payment options, including debit and credit cards. The company is actively working with leading mobile wallets to offer more convenient payment modes.
The upgraded MOVE IT app is now available for download on both the Google Play Store and the App Store.
