The Infinix NOTE 12 series gains two new variants—and they happen to be the first phones in the NOTE series that are 5G-capable.
The NOTE 12 Pro 5G and NOTE 12 5G are both equipped with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, 100,000:1 color contrast ratio, 92% screen-to-body ratio, and a notch for the 16MP selfie camera.
Both devices are powered by the same chip: the 2.4GHz 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor with Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
The NOTE 12 Pro 5G gets 8GB + 5GB (equivalent to 13GB) of RAM, while the NOTE 12 5G comes with 6GB + 3GB (equivalent to 9GB) of RAM.
They also have the same battery capacity: a 5,000mAh cell that supports USB-C 33W quick charge.
The main difference between the two is the main camera of the NOTE 12 Pro. It comes with a 108MP Samsung S5KHM6 main shooter, whereas the NOTE 12 5G has a 50MP snappers.
There’s no word yet if and when the two new 5G devices will be launched locally.
