If you’ve ever witnessed traffic violations and other road-related concerns—including reckless driving and road rage—the Land Transportation Office (LTO) now gives you a way to report it directly.

Through its new platform, I-Report Mo Kay LTO Chief, you can report service-related concerns, reports of alleged irregularities or misconduct, feedback on LTO service delivery, road rage, traffic violators, and colorum vehicles. You may also send your commendations and suggestions for improvement through the website.

Reports may be submitted via Facebook Messenger, the official website, or the LTO’s 24/7 hotline: 1342-586.

If you opt to report via the website, simply tap the “Report” button on the top right corner, fill out a digital form detailing the incident, attach evidence, and submit the report.

The platform sends complaints straight to the LTO Chief’s office for review. Reports are evaluated by the Office of the Assistant Secretary and processed in line with existing laws and regulations. According to the agency, each submission is logged, assessed, and acted upon within prescribed timelines under Republic Act No. 11032.

The initiative also aligns with data protection standards under Data Privacy Act of 2012, with access to personal information limited to authorized personnel.

For motorists and commuters, this means a more immediate way to act on what they witness. Instead of waiting for authorities, the public can now report incidents directly—especially those caught on camera and posted online—potentially speeding up penalties such as show-cause orders or license suspensions.
