Through the program, HUAWEI users can now enjoy a suite of free services designed to extend the life and performance of their devices. These include expert consultations at any authorized service center, diagnostic checks to identify potential issues such as lag or battery degradation, and cleaning services that remove dust and dirt from smartphones, tablets, wearables, and laptops.
Customers can also take advantage of free system renewals, ensuring devices remain optimized with the latest software and security updates.
For added convenience, the program offers a Free Postal Repair Service, covering round-trip shipping nationwide at no extra cost. Users simply prepare their device for shipment, and HUAWEI handles delivery to and from the service center.
To avail these services, users can go in-person to authorized HUAWEI Service Centers for direct repairs, or book appointments via the My HUAWEI app, the HUAWEI Support website, or the official HUAWEI Support hotline.
