Vehicle repairs often come with challenges: inaccurate repair and parts estimates, the back-and-forth between dealers and insurance companies, and varying methods for calculating restoration costs. All of these hurdles can cause significant delays, frustrating both customers and service providers alike. But with Honda’s new tool, things are about to get a lot smoother.
Honda Cars Philippines, Inc. (HCPI)’s Body and Paint Estimation Tool aims to streamline the repair and restoration process for Honda owners.
Once a customer brings their Honda vehicle to a dealership for repairs, the assigned service advisor conducts an assessment. Then, using the Body and Paint Estimation Tool, a standardized cost estimate is generated. This tool ensures consistency across all Honda Cars Dealerships, providing an accurate cost that helps expedite the insurance approval and repair process.
This tool has recently undergone an upgrade to align with Honda Japan’s standards. Now, it’s part of a unified system available throughout the entire Honda network, ensuring that customers benefit from an efficient and reliable process no matter where they go.
In line with its Blue Skies for Our Children 2050 campaign—an initiative focused on achieving zero environmental impact across Honda’s technologies and operations—HCPI has introduced water-based paint across most Honda Cars Dealerships. This eco-friendly paint offers an efficient curing process that’s not only safer for vehicles but also better for the environment.
