Effective June 6, 2022, cash-in transactions for GrabPay will be subject to convenience fees.
According to Grab, cash-ins made through 7-Eleven stores will be subject to an additional 2% convenience fee.
Meanwhile, a P15 convenience fee shall be applied to every GrabPay cash-in transaction made through the following over-the-counter stores:
- SM Business Center
- Robinsons Department Store
- Cebuana Lhuillier
- M. Lhuillier
- Palawan Pawnshop
- RD Pawnshop
You may still cash in to your GrabPay wallet free of charge by linking your BDO, BPI, or UnionBank bank account to their wallet.
