GAC Motor Philippines, under the distributorship of Astara Philippines, capped off 2024 with record-breaking sales, achieving a 65% year-on-year increase.
The brand sold 3,207 units from January to December 2024—a significant jump from the 1,943 units sold in 2023. This performance positions GAC Motor as one of the fastest-growing automotive brands in the Philippines.
Leading the charge is the popular GS3 Emzoom crossover, with 2,089 units sold. The M6 Pro MPV also contributed significantly with 301 units, while the premium M8 MPV sold 225 units.
GAC Motor offers a diverse lineup, including the Empow sedan, M8 and M6 Pro MPVs, Emzoom crossover, GS8 SUV, and the Emkoo and Emkoo Hybrid. All models feature advanced safety features and technology.
The brand’s success is further fueled by its expanding dealership network, now at 31 locations nationwide, with more planned this year. GAC also offers a 5-year/150,000-kilometer warranty and free 24/7 roadside assistance for the first year of ownership.
