Ford Philippines is set to electrify its lineup in 2025, with plans to launch a suite of electrified vehicles as part of its ambitious growth strategy. This move follows a successful 2024, marked by robust sales and the introduction of iconic models, the company announced.

Leveraging Ford Motor Company’s global expertise, Ford Philippines aims to cater to the growing demand for electric vehicles in the local market.

To further enhance the customer experience, the company will also roll out its Ford Signature 2025 dealership design and construct a new learning facility to elevate technical expertise, including dedicated EV training programs.

These plans come on the heels of a strong 2024 performance. The Ford Ranger led the charge, with 13,812 units sold—a 4% increase from the previous year despite intense competition in the pickup segment. Overall, Ford Philippines recorded total sales of 27,997 units.

Last year also saw the launch of several highly anticipated models, including the 7th generation Ford Mustang, available in 5.0L GT Premium Fastback (starting at P3,999,000) and 2.3L EcoBoost Premium Fastback (starting at P3,499,000) variants.

Meanwhile, the legendary Ford Bronco made a bold entrance into the Philippine market with its rugged off-road capability and striking aesthetics. It debuted in the Outer Banks variant with Sasquatch Package (starting at P4,998,000).

Ford also introduced the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6, boasting a 3.0L V6 twin-turbo EcoBoost engine with 392hp max power and 583Nm max torque. Said engine is mated to a performance-tuned 10-speed automatic transmission with an anti-lag system available in Baja mode intended for off-road use only.

Ford Philippines also focused on enhancing the customer experience through initiatives such as the Peace of Mind package (free inspections and labor on initial PMS services) and Territory Assure+ (enhanced services for Ford Territory owners).

In 2024, Ford Philippines also welcomed a significant leadership change as Pedro Simoes assumed the role of managing director effective December 1. Simoes has a proven track record of success in driving brand growth, market expansion, and collaborative leadership style.
