EastWest Bank, in partnership with Visa, has launched the BizAccess Visa Debit, a new business solution designed to simplify money management for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
With 99% of Philippine businesses classified as SMEs, EastWest recognizes the need for practical tools that help entrepreneurs manage their finances with ease and efficiency. The BizAccess Visa Debit offers a seamless way to separate business and personal funds, track expenses in real time, and handle day-to-day transactions securely.
At the center of the offering is the BizAccess Visa Debit Card, which allows business owners to pay suppliers, make purchases, and manage expenses conveniently. Entrepreneurs can issue up to ten cards to staff members—helping monitor spending and streamline cash flow under one account. The card also comes with travel accident insurance, instant transaction alerts, and access to exclusive Visa promos and rewards.
The card is linked to a BizAccess Checking Account with a minimum maintaining balance of P25,000. Entrepreneurs can manage it through EasyBiz Online Business Banking, where they can pay bills, process government transactions via eGov, and monitor account activity anytime, anywhere. The platform even includes card lock and unlock features for added security.
During the launch, EastWest and Visa highlighted successful Filipino brands that embody entrepreneurship and innovation—including Aficionado, Bosch Car Service, Colombo Merchant Philippines, Kenzo and Kloe’s Nature Farm, and Nacho King.
