Following the devastating impact brought by the Southwest Monsoon and successive typhoons Crising, Dante, and Emong, Shopee has activated its disaster relief initiative, Shopee Bayanihan, to support ongoing relief efforts in hard-hit communities.
In partnership with ABS-CBN Foundation, GMA Kapuso Foundation, and UNICEF, Shopee is enabling users to donate directly by purchasing e-vouchers through the app.
The donation drive runs until August 5, with 100% of proceeds going toward relief operations and essential supplies for displaced families.
Users can access e-vouchers for Habagat-affected communities through the Shopee Bayanihan microsite:
- Go to the Shopee Bayanihan microsite or search ‘Shopee Bayanihan’ in the app.
- Choose your preferred charity’s donation e-voucher.
- Tap “Buy Now” to complete your donation.
