The DITO Flagship Experience Store has a dedicated Customer Service Area where customers can directly communicate with a DITO representative regarding their concerns, purchases, and inquiries.
The new store also encourages digital explorations, such as watching videos from DITO’s entertainment partners at the Streaming Zone and experiencing DITO’s fast and reliable 5G connectivity through experiential gaming activities at the Gaming Zone.
They can also visit the Product Zone to learn more about DITO products, services, rewards, and promos such as DITO App Boosters, DITO Data Sachets, DITO Level-up Packs, and more.
The DITO Flagship Experience Store was designed by renowned architectural firm Mañosa & Company. The store’s interior reflects the country’s weaving traditions, which symbolizes DITO’s mission of weaving Filipino communities together through digital innovations and stronger connectivity.
The DITO Flagship Experience Store is located at the 4th floor of Cyberzone, SM Megamall Building B.
