Dewalt, a global leader in power tools, recently unveiled its latest line of outdoor power tools at a launch event in Manila. The range of products is designed to meet the evolving needs of professionals and DIY enthusiasts, while also prioritizing sustainability and environmental impact.
The new outdoor power tools feature advanced technology, including energy-efficient motors, ergonomic designs, and durable materials.
In his keynote address, Kevin Lowe, Vice President for Southeast Asia at Dewalt, emphasized the significance of this launch: “Today, we celebrate not only our 100 years of excellence but also our commitment to sustainability. With our advanced cordless technology, we empower our customers to reduce their carbon footprints without compromising on performance and reliability.”

The new tools feature Dewalt’s proprietary battery technologies, such as Dewalt XR or eXtreme Runtime & eXtreme Reliability, Flexvolt systems, as well as the cutting-edge Powerstack battery, which delivers more power, generates less heat, and offers longer battery life.
Dewalt also offers a 3-year warranty protection supported by its SERBILIS program, ensuring customers get fast, reliable service.
The event also featured a panel discussion on Environmental Preservation, Beautification, and Sustainability, led by eco architect James Hao and green architect Richard Manlulu Garcia. The panel emphasized the growing demand for sustainable design and tools, with Hao discussing the importance of harmony between function, design, and the environment and Garcia highlighting how sustainable design practices add value to real estate.
