Bosch has named Celeste Cervania as managing director of its Philippine operations, effective January 1 of this year.

The leadership change comes at a milestone moment for Bosch, as the global technology and services firm marks 100 years of partnership with the Philippines and looks ahead to its next phase of growth. The company is sharpening its focus on technology, industrial strength, and long-term partnerships amid rapid digital and operational shifts.

Cervania takes over from Paulo Duarte, who led efforts to strengthen ties with government and industry groups. During his tenure, Bosch expanded its automotive service network, supported technical training initiatives, and remained active in corporate social responsibility programs.

Cervania has over two decades of experience within the Bosch Group, having held leadership roles across procurement, logistics, and regional operations in Asia Pacific. Her career spans multiple markets, including the Philippines, Singapore, Australia, and Malaysia, with oversight responsibilities across Southeast Asia, Oceania, and key East Asian economies.

“Taking on the role of Managing Director of Bosch Philippines is both an honor and a responsibility to build on a century of partnership in the country. Leadership must be grounded in capability, integrity, and performance,” said Cervania. “We will continue to invest in our people and deliver solutions that support the Philippines’ growth.”

From its first automotive product sales in 1926, Bosch Philippines has grown into a multi-sector player spanning power tools, home appliances, life safety systems, advanced manufacturing technologies, and software-enabled services.
