Digital travel platform Agoda is back with its fourth Eco Deals program, unveiled during the ASEAN Tourism Forum (ATF) in Malaysia.

Partnering once again with the World Wide Fund for Nature (WWF), this initiative aims to protect wildlife and conserve critical habitats across Asia, all while promoting sustainable tourism.

Agoda has set a donation target of US$1.5 million—surpassing last year’s $1 million—and is expanding Eco Deals to include Japan and Korea, covering 10 markets in total.

For every booking made at a participating hotel, Agoda will donate $1 to WWF’s conservation efforts, funding projects like protecting whale sharks in the Philippines, advancing tiger conservation in Malaysia, restoring wetlands in Japan, safeguarding saolas in Vietnam, and supporting rangers in Cambodia.

The Eco Deals program will be open to consumers for bookings from January 20 to December 19, 2025.

As part of the Eco Deals framework for 2025, Agoda is also introducing the Sustainable Tourism Impact Fund in collaboration with WWF-Singapore and UnTours Foundation. The fund provides low-interest loans to small businesses working toward sustainability in tourism. Agoda has pledged $100,000 to this fund, with the potential to increase to $150,000 upon reaching the $1.5 million donation target.

Hotels joining the Eco Deals program can offer up to 15% discounts to customers. In return, they get an Eco Deals badge and prominent exposure on Agoda’s platforms, including social media, emails, and in-app notifications. Customers can easily find these deals on Agoda’s user-friendly landing pages for both desktop and mobile.
